Rates for Agape Counseling Service sessions and services are as follows. Please note: all prices are subject to change based on insurance and co-pays. We accept Aetna, Anthem BCBS, Centura EAP, Cigna, Kaiser, Medicaid, (Health Colorado, Colorado Access, CHP+), Medicare, Optum, UMR, and United Healthcare. Private Pay and Sliding Fee Scale are available.
